If you play on Google or Apple devices including Android, Windows PC using the Google Plays Game for desktop app, iPhone, iPad, or Mac computers and you need to regain access to your purchase for the full version of My Child Lebensborn, you can restore your purchase on the Google or Apple account you used to make the purchase.

Important! You can only restore purchases made on the Apple or Google Account account you used to make that original purchase. You will need to purchase the game again if you are installing on a new Apple or Google Account. The development team cannot assist with recovering purchases or transferring licenses from one Apple or Google Account to another or on a different platform.

If you purchased My Child Lebensborn (full version) on Android

On your Android phone or tablet

  1. On your Android device, open the Google Play app Google Play.
  2. On the right, tap the Profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps & device and then Manage.
  4. Select My Child Lebensborn
  5. If you can’t find the app, at the top, tap This device and then Not installed.
  6. Tap Install or Enable.

On any desktop computer

  1. Go to play.google.com.
  2. Browse or search for the app you want.
  3. Select Install, Installed, or Enable.
  4. You may need to sign in to your Google Account.
  5. Select your device.
  6. Select Install.

If you purchased My Child Lebensborn (full version) on Apple App Store

On your iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Tap the My Account button or your photo at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap Apps.
  4. If you use Family Sharing, tap My Apps or choose a family member’s name to see content that they purchased.
  5. Tap “Not on this [device].”
  6. Find My Child Lebensborn, then tap the Redownload button.

On Mac computers

  1. Open the App Store on your Mac.
  2. Click your name in the sidebar, then find the app that you want to download. If you don’t see your name in the sidebar, click Sign In, sign in to your Apple Account, then click your photo in the sidebar.
  3. If you use Family Sharing, you can see a family member’s purchases when you go to Purchased by and choose their name.
