Recover your DLC purchases on Apple
If you play on Apple iOS devices or MacOS devices and you need to regain access to your DLC purchases for cosmetic and story packs for My Child New Beginnings, you can restore your purchase on the Apple account you used to make the purchase.
Important! You can only restore purchases made on the Apple account you used to make that original purchase. You will need to purchase the premium content again if you are using a new Apple Account. The development team cannot assist with recovering purchases or transferring licenses from one Apple Account to another or on a different platform.
Important! These steps do not recover previous save data. You should recover your save data by clicking the Retrieve Cloud Data option in the game options of the filofax.
- Download and install My Child New Beginnings on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac computer from the Apple App Store.
- If necessary start a new game or recover your cloud data from the start menu.
- Once you are in the game and can control the interface, click on the Filofax button and then click on the gray tab with the gear icon to open the game options.
- Click the Restore Purchases button and follow any on-screen instructions. Remember you must be signed into the same Apple account on the Apple App Store that you used to make the purchase.
WARNING! – Deleting your local save data will wipe all consumable currency and story charges and reset back to the beginning. We cannot restore purchases for coin bundles or chapter charges for any reason.
