Terms and Conditions for Preregistration of My Child: New Beginnings on Google Play
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your preregistration for the game My Child: New Beginnings (“the Game”) on the Google Play Store. By preregistering for the Game, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not preregister for the Game.
1. Eligibility
To preregister for the Game, you must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older) and have a valid Google Play account. By preregistering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Preregistration Process
- Preregistration Access: To preregister for the Game, you must access the Game’s page on Google Play and select the “Preregister” button. Preregistration does not guarantee that the Game will be available immediately upon release.
- Notification of Availability: Once the Game is released, you may receive a notification via Google Play that the Game is available for download or purchase. Preregistration does not obligate you to download or install the Game once it is available.
3. Game Availability
- Release Date: The release date for the Game is subject to change. The Game’s availability may be delayed or postponed for any reason, including but not limited to development delays, technical issues, or other factors outside of our control.
- Territory Availability: The Game may not be available in all countries or regions. Availability will be determined based on your location and the laws governing digital content distribution in your region.
4. No Guarantee of Access
By preregistering, you acknowledge that you are not guaranteed early access to the Game, exclusive content, or any specific rewards. Preregistration is a non-binding expression of interest, and no financial or contractual obligation arises from it.
5. User Consent
By preregistering for the Game, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data will be collected, stored, and used.
6. Privacy and Data Collection

7. Rewards and Incentives

- Changes to Rewards: We reserve the right to modify or cancel any rewards, incentives, or special offers related to the preregistration process at any time, with or without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content related to the Game, including but not limited to the title, graphics, images, trademarks, gameplay, and other intellectual property, is owned by Sarepta Studio or its licensors. Your preregistration does not grant you any ownership rights to any part of the Game’s intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarepta Studio and Teknopilot are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the preregistration process, including but not limited to any technical issues, delays, or errors.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarepta Studio, Teknopilot, their affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation in the preregistration process or any violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice by updating the date at the top of this page or through other means. Your continued participation in the preregistration process after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your preregistration at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
